Refund Policy
At Frendly Cleaning, we strive to provide high-quality services to all our customers. If you are not satisfied with our services, we are committed to making it right. We offer a partial refund if you can provide proof that the services delivered were not as described in our service agreement. To initiate a refund request, please contact us within 24 hours of your service date, and include a detailed explanation of the issue along with any supporting evidence. We will review your request and, if approved, process the partial refund. Please note that it may take up to 60 days to process and issue the refund. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
