Join Our Team
Frendly Cleaning is looking for motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Residential Cleaners or Window Cleaners. This role involves providing high-quality cleaning services to our clients in Hollywood Hills and the 90028 Zip Code. As a 1099 contractor for the first month, you will have the opportunity to transition to an employee with benefits based on the number of hours worked per week.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.

Clean windows, including high-reach windows, using specialized equipment.

Use steam cleaners for hard surfaces and bathrooms.

Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with clients.

Follow all safety protocols and guidelines, especially when handling cleaning solutions and equipment.
Job Requirements:

Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.

Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, if needed.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Willingness to work as a 1099 contractor for the first month with potential for employee benefits.
Compensation and Benefits:

Competitive hourly pay starting as a 1099 contractor, 70% of each booking averaging to $30/hr.
